Misleading information on bobbin size 15 which they are not. They are way to small when compared to the ones I got with my machine just waisted my money. Big thumbs down

The worst non-existent customer service. I’ve been calling for four days. Initially they make you believe you are being transferred to an actual person only to be sent to a recorded message advising you to leave a message. I’ve several left msgs with no return call.

Horrendous customer service and poorly manufactured products. I purchased sewing machine needles from them that don’t have eyes. I tried calling them, but their phone number is not functioning. I emailed their customer service letting them know I would have returned them to the store, but I purchased them at a store 2 hours away. They replied with “Dyno apologizes that you were not happy with this product. Please return it to the retail outlet where you purchased it so they can refund your money.” They also said they would check their stock to address the issue. I didn’t provide nor did they ask for a batch number, so I’m sure they are diligently checking all of their Singer Sewing needle stock throughout the world.
