Great place Great people … Best view

The apartment’s area is probably its best feature especially since they are right intracoastal waterway. The apartments are nicely done but really really small and somewhat expensive. The security to get on the site is excellent. If you don’t want to be found no one will be able to find you here. The biggest problem is communication with the office and maintenance. The maintenance team did not seem to be very good. Saw a lot of work that looked like they were made by Dr. Frankenstein’s himself. If you like boats they have a boat viewing room and other nice amenities. Especially during the pandemic the staff seemed very disorganized. So if you want a nice safe apartment then this place is a good choice I think.

Everyone please read this. I moved in Modera last month. I have received nothing less from the staff working here. My move in was easy, the neighbors are the nicest people I’ve met in Florida.

Staff working all day making sure tenants are taken care of and my building is cleaned daily.

The views are stupendous with too many amenities for me to count. They even have food trucks come by on the regular!

I’ve heard people complain about parking or lack of response from property managers. But for me this has truly been a blessing.

Alain personally is the man. Takes care of all the needs. If you want a great community, amenities all day, and a luxury lifestyle. This is the spot. I mean real lifestyle not the communities that call it “luxury” this place really is.
