Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This location is a WINNER! Since the first interaction the representative Sean was great. He communicated when he was on his way and provided accurate time. I was picked up at my hotel and taken back to the office. He provided great recommendations to explore for my trip. I ventured to the destinations and we had a wonderful time. Once the rental period was over, I arrived at the office and was greeted as a friend. He finished my paperwork promptly and dropped me off back at the hotel. He is truly an asset and I appreciate the hospitality. I would recommend Sean and his team any day!

This was THE BEST car rental experience we have ever had. The very busy employees were incredibly efficient and professional even when customers wasted their time asking stupid questions. There was a lobby full of people, phone ringing off the hook and extra covid protocols. We got a fantastic Toyota Highlander for a great price. I am very happy we chose this location. We will ABSOLUTELY rent from this place again!⭐😁

I went to the wrong enterprise during my lunch to pick up a reserved car. They were so patient with me. I was so frustrated in waiting and everyone was so kind and patient. I can’t thank them enough for their time and kindness, though I was frazzled. They really looked out and I wanted to leave a good review. I wish I had gotten their names. I know there was a Teddy and this one lady with nice braids(she needs a raise). Would recommend them again and again.

This location may be small and quaint however the customer service is SUPERB! We rent cars very often and I’ve never had any issues from reserving vehicles to changing times to acknowledging our free UPGRADES. Thank you very much, Enterprise. Please take care of your employees because they are awesome!

I have rented from this location a few times. Usually my experience is great.
My rental agent was Richard, who is always very cordial and helpful. But unfortunately this location lacks organization:
I had a minor issue with my rental and the agent that answered the phone, John, was nonchalant and unconcerned about my problem. Also trying to insinuate I caused the problem.Furthermore I came to find out he’s a manager or assistant manager at this location. How do you get in a management role without empathy for the customer needs. From what I’ve seen and how he talks to people, he’s probably better suited at a role where he doesn’t need to interact with clientele.
I will assume that when the location is busy no management knows how to handle the influx of customers or the stress that comes with it.
Funny thing is, I usually rent from Enterprise and never had a complaint about management until now.
