Enterprise is not good with communication and reservation. The right head does not know what the left head is doing. I made a reservation 30 days + and on the reserve day no rental was present. The corporate office promise a car will be out within 3 hours. No one follow up to let me know if I they were working to get a car or not. I am very upset and no seem to care . DO NOT MAKE RESERVATION WITH ENTERPRISE

Really disappointed in this facility on powerline and Copans Road. They didn’t have a car ready for my father and were rude to him and threw his license at him. Shame on them.

I have always been a fan of Enterprise because of their great customer service. This time, I can only give them 3-starts because of a practice I consider to be a racket. I had a rental car for five weeks and placed my transponder in it. But because I didn’t go online and enter in the license plate info and usage dates (which I didn’t know), the “Enterprise Toll Enforcement” team tells me the Sunpass transponders “get confused” when they don’t have a license plate so some of the tolls were not billed. They sent me a bill and marked up each toll, and then charged a service charge. So $18 in tolls turned into $42. Can you imagine how much money rental car companies are making on tolls? Hey #Sunpass, why don’t you fix your transponders? Hey #Enterprise, stop the racketeering. Enterprise was kind enough to provide with a minimal ‘credit’ after I did the research and provided them with all of the information but this practice shouldn’t be legal.

After waiting a while an employee came out to ask how can she help me without even say good such an then she ask who is paying for it..

I’m happy with the employees of my closest Enterprise but generally dissatisfied with Enterprise.
Given multiple weeks of notice in scheduling the class of car my family and I wanted for the second time in a row we arrived to no vehicles in that class even on the property much less available. For the second time in a row we had to settle. This time we had to settle for a lesser and the previous time we were made to pay for the upgrade. If it wasn’t for the quick thinking and actions of their employee the beginning of our vacation would have been ruined and we certainly NEVER would have rented Enterprise again.
Even in settling for a lesser class vehicle we were mostly comfortable but I’m left wondering if the $20 I saved was worth what might have been much more comfortable. 3 stars and I’m being generous because the employees did what they could for us.
