Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Worst experience ever at any time as an Enterprise customer, a month in advance booking and they didn’t have my car and didn’t bother to offer any help looking for a vehicle at another agency! it can close, simply nothing works in that place …

Nobody even showed up. Horrible service, had to go to a different enterprise

The car had an exhaust leak both my wife and I became nauseous. We had an event to attend so it took 12 hours to get back to the airport to return the car. We needed the car for 9days. To my surprise no compensation was made. I was charged full price . I feel like I got ripped off.

Had appointment, and no one bothered to show up to work at this location. Waste of time….

NO STARS but had to hit 1 TO POST THIS MESSAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT, RETURN or DO ANYTHING WITH THIS BRANCH. I rented a car from Ft Myers to drop it off in Pompano Beach as soon as I made the drive over 75. I had to make the reservation over the phone for dropping off at another location seems to put their reservation system into a black hole. The short of this experience – Pompano did not log the car until a WEEK LATER, i was charged over $800 because THIS LOCATION DID NOT NOTE I DROPPED THE CAR OFF ON THE DAY THAT I DID. I cannot tell you how many phone calls I’ve received from Ft Myers for they thought I had the car. This is a SATELLITE BRANCH, AND THEY ARE AWFUL!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THEM, TRUST ME, it’s been 10 days of total aggravation and frustration.
