Even Keel Fish Shack

I’ve dined at places all over the world but my dinner here was one of the best of my life and I can’t recommend it highly enough. I was there for “Mussel Madness” and plate after plate of mussels rolled out of that kitchen with sheer perfection and in a sauce I would buy bottled in a heart beat. And that was just the food – our service was so incredibly welcoming, the surroundings were spotless, and as a whole experience it was impeccable.

Amazing service, delicious food, and tasty drinks. They have nailed it.

They keep improving every time I visit, when I thought the grilled oysters couldn’t get any better, they make them better.

It’s the little things they do, and they add up.

After ordering the very fresh oysters, our server thankfully suggested the grilled octopus and the hot lobster roll, both were delicious. Tried one of the specialty cocktails, came with a very fresh spring of basil, no detail overlooked. I will be back as it is rare to find such a well run restaurant.

Even Keel is probably one of my favorite restaurants ever!!! The seafood is so fresh! The Fish dip is amazing – Best I have ever had – with Bay Seasoning on the Crackers! The oysters are to die for – tried my first Chambong with Champagne and an Oyster – It is a must try!!! Thanks to Ken our fabulous waiter – I would definitely visit again! We couldn’t decide on just one thing – so we mixed and matched and the staff created this masterpiece – You must take a look at the photo! If you are a local and haven’t tried it .. you wont be disappointed and if you are traveling in make sure you add it to your must eat list! The entire staff was friendly, the vibe is so relaxed and The Chef/Owner Dave is great!
