I would recommend this facility to anyone. Kevin is very knowledgeable and professional, while also being understanding, empathetic and always willing to listen and help out with any problem if he can. He has been a lifesaver for me and I am sincerely grateful from the bottom of my heart for his willingness to work with me. I will never forget his kindness.

Great price, great service. Highly recommended.
EDIT: Less than two months, yea, only two months here and they already jacked my rate up n extra ~$20 per month… woooooow…. during an effing pandemic too???? Avoid a place like this that is after your cash, especially during times like these when we need the help the most. Shame on this place! I’ll be taking my stuff elsewhere ASAP.

Kevin was great!! Great service here! Quick and easy. They were very nice to help us reserve the elevator even though we didn’t ask! Will recommend to friends and family!

The store manager at the pompano Beach store could not have been more helpful and kind. Through a glitch he was on top of things. Responded to me and was patient as I got neurotic. I would give his name but I don’t know if that’s appropriate. His attention and his handling of the process was great.
Oh yeah. The facility is the cleanest I have ever rented and I am a repeat extra space customer.
K should be commended for his professionalism.i want to add Nicole to this review. Amazing attention. She worked through several options patiently and thoroughly with me to come up with a solution. Moving is stressful and Kevin and Nicole really took that stress off. She made my experience actually enjoyable. She takes pride in her job and it shows.
