A terrible roach infested complex with no maintenance staff on hand. If this was the last place on earth to live, just be homeless.

They never fix anything. It took me a year to get a new door knob, been waiting months for someone to look at the A/C which keeps freezing, and the front door is so broken that it barely opens, of course they won’t do anything about that.They finally got rid of the maintenance man that offered my girlfriend money for sex. We complained to the property manager almost a year ago about him and he just left a month ago. Most apartments have roaches and mold. If you don’t believe me, knock on ANYONE’s door and they’ll tell you.

Laundry machines almost never work, parking lot and grounds always dirty with trash everywhere, and you can hear people making drug sales from your bathroom window. Not to mention they tried to evict us after we paid our rent. They gave us back the money and said we had to be out in 30 days. Just found out from an old neighbor over there that the guy who ran the front office was stealing money and he’s on the run now. Avoid this place cuz they will never fix anything. We complained for close to 3 years about the broken tiles, broken a.c. vents, roaches, stove top burners not working and instead of fixing them they evict us to finally fix the apartment and Jack up the rent prices. And don’t even expect to get your security deposit back, even with months left on your lease they will get rid of you just to rent your place for more money.

I wiuld give it 5 stars if the pool was ever open
