Father & Son Moving & Storage

Terrible on time service, if you are moving your home don’t use them. Wait 7 hours after time they told me. Give there time to companies, forget a reservation time with this company.😡😡😡

They picked up my stuff a year ago before I moved to Illinois. I told them several times I was no longer in the state. Fast forward a year later they are still billing me— I told them before I pay any more money I want to see my stuff. I will come down and pay anything I owe after I grab a few things and account for everything on the itemized list I have and Jay’s response was “OH my God. My son has football.” He then hung up on me.
A week later I informed Jay I would be DRIVING down to account for my things and pay him. He agreed to a 10am meeting— Currently I am sitting here with Broward County police because Jay blocked my phone number. It is now 11:07AM and the start of a legal battle for Father and Son moving and storage.

I was in a rushed need of a moving company, and from the moment that I placed a call to find out information I was treated with professionalism and given an appointment to receive and estimate.

Within hours customer rep Tim arrived at my house, and gave me a thorough estimate and made sure a crew was available for the day I needed to move. Tim was very professional, was even willing to wait until I was done packing to do a final countdown of boxes in case the price had to be modified or adjusted so I wouldn’t be overcharged.

I was assigned The “George Lopez Group” and they went above and beyond from beginning to end!! All three movers were fast, professional, attentive to detail, cordial, and had such an optimistic outlook. I highly recommend this company, and without doubt will be referring them to my family and friends whenever in need of a move. I will forever be thankful to George Lopez Group for making this move go as smooth as possible, and for all their help!! Excellent job!!

On August 29, 2020 I scheduled the daunting task of moving from my two story home of 5 years to a storage. I decided to reach out to Father&Son for the task. I must say, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the time I called in for a quote, to speaking with Jay and to the moving team (Robert, Wilma, Rene) reaching my front door, the experience was nothing short of amazing customer service. The team was professional and pleasant. These men ensured that my belongings were handled with care. The communication, coordination and efficiency between the team members was admirable. Though the task at hand was a challenging one, these three men welcomed it with a smile and completed in the same manner. and it was a wonderful experience! Very professional and fast. They paid special attention to all my items by making sure that everything was securely covered and taped up.
