The young man in the office had to repeat the tracking number several times before his coworker understood him over the radio thank goodness he was patient. He was polite to me and my children as was the woman who arrived with our package.

This place is the worst. No one wants to help you. People have an attitude that you want to be serviced. Had me waiting 30 minutes after providing tracking/package information to pick up my package. Honestly, the worst service ever, and customer service on the phone was useless to get my package sent to a location that’s less than 40 minutes from my house.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with supposedly one of the biggest shippers on the planet. Totally unorganized trashy location on Copans Road in Pompano Beach Florida. Trash was spewing out of the garbage can people were backed up four to five cars thick end wer waiting hours for their packages and nobody was happy. What a cluster f you people have created. Shame on Federal Express for not being able to find anybody’s package. Needless to say I will never use Federal Express and I will encourage others not to use them either. They were a total nightmare to deal with.

WARNING!! Google is wrong and falsely lists this location as a FedEx drop-off location. IT IS NOT A DROP OFF LOCATION! It is special pickup only!
The security staff CONSTANTLY turns people away and says Google ignores their request to change this.
