Fedex drivers doesn’t know how to use callbox to get inside the condominium. Needs to drive 25 miles From Hallandale, to pick up the package by myself.

Fedex Ground driver scans packages as delivered instead of picked up all the time. Their manager said it’s ok, it’s gonna gonna keep happening because new scanners are sensitive with buttons are close by.
