Absolutely positively the beat bank that i have ever dealt with. In a big city like Ft Lauderdale, banks like United and other local large branches have no sense of appreciation for building a solid reputation and customer service orientation with their clients eap in medical community.
That is not the case here, What an amazing bank and what outstanding customer service these people provide at first citizens.
Upon inquiring about a private loan for a business entity , we were greeted by the vice President of the bank, Denise L. Schepis, Who was courteous hard-working and got us approved base on our application in a matter of 2-3 weeks, all papers done and loan signed delivered. Outstanding, honest, and professional with exceptional customer service , and I will change all of my banking needs to them. In a big city like Fort Lauderdale you feel that you are in a rural small community where everyone knows each other the moment you enter this bank.

Walking in with several thousand dollars of Mexican Pesos after a business deal, I didn’t think this neighborhood bank would accept them. Sure enough they took them all and provided me with an excellent rate. I inquired at the airport before I went here, and I would have lost 50+ bucks if I would have done it at the airport.
