4 months. Still waiting to hear from someone after measurements and deposit paid

does anyone need flooring? I’m a big Home Depot fan, but when it comes to supporting our hometown small businesses – Flooring World is no exception.

You will enjoy working with Mark and his staff. Not only will you receive better advice and service from Flooring World, you will find a better selection than you will at Home Depot, Lowe’s or any other wannabe flooring company.

As the owner of an Interior Design firm with 36 years experience I havenever been talked to so disrespectfully in my entire career by the Store Manager. I paid a $100 deposit for a measly 4 samples for a renovation project as was told by the salesperson I could therefore keep them beyond 3 days. Then the Covid ordeal happened and this project was put on hold. Non-Essential businesses were forced to shut down so I was unable to return them. This foreign speaking store manager said they were only shut down for 1 day. Oksy if that’s true then he broke the law. He raised his voice at me, was downright nasty, said how do you expect us to make any money, and refused to give me my deposit back. I will never do business with this store.

I do not know where these past reviews have come from. I think these people are lying or are competitors. Our experience could not have been further from what those 1 and 2 star reviews say, are they sure they are talking about the correct place?
Mark and the sales staff here were the best people we’ve talked to in a while. Not only did we feel trust and reliability with them but the prices also matched our budget.
