This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a piece of bent glass and paid for rush delivery overnighted the check which was deposited immediately and now three weeks later have not received the glass and only get excuses when I call to see if my glass is ready. The owner slipped up when talking to him when he said the first two times he tried something different to make the glass and this time, the third time, he would use a glass that he knew would work. so what does that mean? he is trying to cut corners at the customers expense and time. This has got to be the worst glass company ever.
