Worst Company Ever!!!

They have a sales guy named David Gannon. He was someone one of my partners had met on a previous project. We met with Gannon at the Florida Packaging and Graphics office. We showed him two boxes we liked for our project. He recommended a designer to us. So we then had our box designed with the designer and the designs sent to him.

All started off well. The design came out awesome. But when it became time to deliver the boxes Gannon started hiding and avoiding us. When we asked why he missed the deadlines he would get short or angry and basically blame us! When he did finally show up at Dunking Donuts one day with our boxes. One was not even created just a square box with no work on it, nothing like the custom box we ordered.

The second wholesale box we ordered was not the same design and did not function as a box. Yes you heard me right! It didn’t even close. The sides were too wide, the top too tall, the incline too great. It literally had holes in both sides! Gannon said, “it’s OK look” and he flipped it upside down. All the glass bottles promptly fell out of the box and all over the floor. Then he wanted us to buy a third piece of styrofoam in the thousands to hold everything in the boxes. It was insane.

I learned later that at this company Florida Packaging and Graphics they try to get the sales people to design the boxes. But the sales people are not qualified. Gannon being an old guy had no idea what he was doing and copied the original boxes we showed him on day one, not the designs we sent him. He then compounded mistake after mistake without apologizing or fixing anything until the working relationship was completely ruined.

In the end we spent around $20,000 with David Gannon and Floirida Packaging and Graphics and got literally nothing but headaches. He even tried to go around me and go to my partners to get his horrible work approved instead of fixing it like a man. David Gannon is a horribly unprofessional sales person and an unqualified product designer.

This company Florida Packaging an Graphics is not honest or ethical and we will be suing them for the full amount we spent with them and damages. Run do not walk away form this unethical fraud of a company. Who cant even answer the phone during business hours. Follow a simple design. Or even put the slightest bit of effort into anything they do.

From our attached pictures you can see that David Gannon stole our 20,000. Ignored our design and brought a basic box you can find anywhere. After months of waiting and money spent with him. David Gannon and the Florida Packaging CEO ownership should be in prison for fraud and theft.
