Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel

The stay hasn’t even begun yet but my sister needed a room because her other plans fell through (not such a great situation). My mother and I called from NY to help get a hotel room reserved for her. The staff here has been extremely helpful during this process and even called to check on our situation and to make sure she didn’t lose her reservation. They offered to help in any way they can and have made this process seamless. Wonderful staff- excellent first impressions. It makes me feel like my family member isn’t just a number to them. Thank you!

Nice place and a cool suite but two weeks in a row the air conditioner didn’t work in my room and it’s becoming a regular thing and that’s not good. not to mention the homicide downstairs from my room one night. other than that its great!! yet it is a decent property and i have always had a nice stay. so i will go back because their prices are great!

If I could give this place no stars I would, I’m not the type to write reviews but this place was the WORST, they are not understanding in the slightest, I booked a room and no where on the page did it say I had to be 25+ to book one, I drove 2 hours to this location, tired and fresh off of work ready to get in bed, took everything out the car and was DENIED 2 minutes after entering, I called to see if I could have a refund since it was an issue on THEIR end, and the guy at the front desk MICHAEL, DENIED it. I paid $87 for absolutely NOTHING, it’s not like I never showed up or canceled it, I made sure I was good on my end but still they made me pay for their mistakes, not to mention the place was super run down and disgusting anyways, I’m kinda glad I was denied to stay, DON’T waste your hard earned money here.

It is only good on a pool side, the other side does not allow you to sleep because of very close proximity to the rail road and highway. But stuff allowed me to switch for a quieter side, which is nice. Service people are nice, non-intrusive. It is an economy class hotel, pictures are very deceiving…

Dated 10/20/2020 The Grand Hotel staff was incredible! Tiffany greeted me with great care in meeting my request to be assigned to a room in a quiet location allowing me to get much needed rest. Daniel, was very attentive to the details of my room stay & accommodated me with excellent service as a new customer to their hotel. Stephanie, greeted me with a smile, with the most efficient service, in helping me with on-site information, & met my needs beyond what I asked for or requested! Davina is a very diligent house keeping Supervisor, my room was clean & tidy with nice amenities of shampoos, soaps, coffee maker, & teas. The pillows were fluffy, the bed was most comfortable. But most **IMPORTANTLY** The Grand Hotel staff deserves an A++, they are a classy team of great, hard-working staff members that are providing an experience of great assurance that your patronage is their top priority! I commend the General Manager, Yeshaya, for all the dedicated work that has been poured out in such wonderful, exemplary, customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer, 5++ Stars for the Fort Lauderdale Grand Hotel!!
