Worse day of my life hiring Ken Frankel for a very serious spine injury casy. First he doesn’t even have a real investigator to assist him, he told me to return to where I had a serious accident to take photos something a lawyer pays an investigator to do. Then he sent me to
a foot and ankle surgeon for a serious spine injury. Frankel and the doctor both committed fraud telling he was a spine surgeon. I was misdiagnosed and mistreated for a sprain by the doctor Ken Frankel sent me to. After weeks of physical therapy and me complaining to the staff of the foot doctor who lied and said he was a spine surgeon I finally had an MRI which showed I had 8 injured discs and one was herniated causing a spinal impingement. The foot doctor who claimed it was just a sprain for weeks basically said he could do surgery but it could get worse. So he recommended no surgery so my long tech career was over since I couldn’t sit very long at a computer anymore. When it became obvious it was a serious case Frankel asked to be let out of the case since it would take up too much of his time going to trial and he likes fast settlements. Well, two years later I end up seeing a real spine surgeon and there’s really 11 discs injured with 3 herniated discs not one and 8 spine impingements not 1 as Frankels foot surgein found. I also had an undiagnosed rotator tear. So now I’m finally getting the proper medical care for my injuries due to seeing a real spine surgeon and not the foot and ankle surgeon Frankel sent me to. Both Ken Frankel and the foot surgeon represented the foot doctor as a spine surgeon when he is not. Now the doctor and Ken Frankel are under fraud investigations. The doctor with the state medical examination board and Ken Frankel with the state bar. If you want a lawyer telling you to do things a real injury firm has investigators do and to use a foot surgeon to treat a serious spine injury then Frankel is the type of incompetent injury lawyer you should use. My opinion Ken Frankel is the worse injury lawyer there is who was the proximate cause of me suffering for years due to the malpractice of the doctor he used. Now I will be bringing a legal malpractice action on Ken Frankel. I’m a public figure just Google my name I’ve written over 100 books did over 100 songs and over 20 films and documentaries. There will start to be lots of news sites covering my story now, so be careful who you hire. The doctor is Dr. Merkle who apparently has been used in many Frankel cases so if you still have neck and back pain after dealing with Frankel and Merkle see a real spine surgeon and get proper treatment. You have two years to sue Frankel and Merkle after you get a new doctor to find out what’s really wrong with your spine. Stay away from Ken Frankel that’s my final opinion he is the worst injury lawyer you could hire.
