I’ve always had a wonderful experience, not only with receiving great product, but amazing customer service as well. Ellen is my sales rep and she is phenomenal! Like with any sales of perishable goods, sometimes things happen. I’ve always received the best customer service if there was an issue with quality, which has been few and far between. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mr. Sergio, and he is a very nice gentleman. Great company!

I’m not one to write reviews but I have to say, Wow! Full Pots new location is incredible! That wall of coolers makes it so much easier to see their selection of fresh flowers and also the showroom is so grand. Everything looks so much better. Their selection of containers is now totally visible and what a selection it is. Thank you Sergio! I can’t forget to give credit to my sales rep. Shannon for doing a great job in helping get some great new product and being on top of what our needs are. Thanks Shannon!

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the new warehouse !! What an amazing space to view the magnificent , oh so fresh flowers. THEN, all of the inventory that you have of unusual, stunning glassware and supplies is AWESOME !!!
