Very helpful. I went in looking for a particular effects pedal based on reviews I heard on YouTube. After hearing it in person, I didn’t like the sound, so they suggested multiple other pedals until I found the sound I was looking for. Walked out happy with the purchase, and it saved me a trip to Guitar Center. I’ll return for more effects pedals.

EDIT: Apparently they use Shopify and it was Shopify who flagged my purchase as fraud for no reason. Still, wish I was notified and did not have to find out by simply not getting anything. Remade the purchase through paypal and they sent it out immediately so that’s nice. So pay through PayPal when buying. ORIGINAL REVIEW: No email, no nothing, order just cancelled and only found out when I waited and got nothing. And now I have no time to order from another store before I leave the country. Don’t order online.
