Excellent staff & Excellent customer service!!

Things were already a bit slow, but since COVID and the product shortage we shifted business to other vendors unless the brand is specifically requested by the customer. Purchases take longer and returns are hour long. It’s still a great value, but things need improvement.

Calling sometimes gets no answer or a voicemail to corporate. Time is money and we can’t be waiting on the phone for 20+ minutes per call. Sometimes it’s fast. No other distributor has these phone issues.

Hire more help or close the place. This is the worst distributor in South Florida.

Bad service they let you waiting for like 1 hour in there just to get ur other

This place is pathetic, everytime you call you get put on hold. The employees arent there to actually help.

THEY CANT EVEN UPDATE THEIR BUSINESS HOURS. DONT USE GOODMAN unless you want to have a bad time.
