I came to see Dr Patterson and staff and i want to say thank you for making me feel comfortable and taking the time to explain every step of my treatment. Doctor was gentle and made me feel comfortable at every appointment

Dr. Marcela Patterson is amazing! She is so gentle and kind. I had a wonderful experience in this office from all the staff. Front desk was very helpful with my insurance, the assistants made me feel comfortable through my whole experience and answered all my questions about my treatment plan. Dr. Patterson took her time with me and listened to all my concerns. Definitely coming back here!

Stay away!!!!!! I started going to Greenberg before COVID started. But I was going to the Hollywood office until it closed in March and hasn’t open till this day. I realized that the Greenberg in Fort Lauderdale had open so I decided to make an appointment since I was going on a year without seeing a dentist ((due to covid closing). When I went to the Fort Lauderdale location the front staff were very nice and helpful. When I saw the dentist assistant and the dentist as soon as they knew I spoke some Spanish they only started speaking Spanish without asking if I prefer speaking Spanish. My English is better then my Spanish but they didn’t care it was what they felt better with which was Spanish. Then DR Marcela Patterson said I needed a deep cleaning which I knew because it was a year that I wasn’t able to go to the dentist. I had a few deep cleaning before and none of them every bothered me but this one felt rushed and the anesthesia needle felt like she left it in too long. Anyway after she was done she said I will be back with a prescribed mouth wash and leaves the room. The male assistant then started explaining payment and next appointment with me and he said I was good to go. As I leave to my car I realized DR Marcela Patterson forgot about me and never return with my prescription I had to walk back to the office with my face swollen and ask what happen. They told me she forget. As I go home and 3 HOURS LATER my left side cheek is still swollen. I lasted a week with my left side swollen and after a week my left cheek got a bruise where she place the anesthesia. The picture I post was when my bruise was healing.

I don’t like going to the dentist until now. This was the best thing I could have ever done. Dr. Kathleen Foreman is a life saver she is the Greatest and she has me for a patient 4 life. In just 1 day I have recommend her to my entire family and my co-workers too. The entire office staff is just fantastic. I will recommend everyone I know to visit Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics group. Thank you Dr. Foreman God bless you.
