Been using Greener Pastures since we moved into our home. Lawn looks great and all palm fronds and branches are always brought out front for bulk pick in a neat pile.

Hired them to do my lawn about 6 months ago … consistently they always wait until the lawn is about a foot high before coming to mow it every month … and more than once I’ve had to reach out to them and see when they were coming ….

but it was cheap and it’s an old guy that lives in my neighborhood …. so I always brushed it off …. I went out of country on business and come back and my yard is a disaster…. days before the 4th of July when I’m planning to have a BBQ in my backyard.

I reach out to them and see when they planned on mowing my lawn they say “we found some dog poop in your yard, find a new lawn service.”

First I’ve ever heard a single issue or complaint from them. Found it extremely unprofessional, since it would be easy to say “hey please make sure there’s no dog poop in the yard” … but leaving me with my grass over a foot high… days before 4th of July Holiday….. I asked them to please at least mow it once last time … got ignored. Extremely unprofessional.

If I had to summarize this company in one word, it would be “Unprofessional”
