If you want to be care free then book them. Good service. They reply on time and their quotes are reasonable. Car arrived from coast to coast on the time specified by them. They text you 2 days in advance before delivering the car to confirm with you the delivery date & time. Very professional and great on response time. Highly recommend Heavy Haulers.

I’ve now used Heavy Haulers twice and they’ve been fantastic both times. The last time was an emergency where I only gave them one day notice to ship a car from FL to CA in the middle of the pandemic and they were able to perform. The car was picked up from my co-worker in FL and delivered to me a week later with no issue.The price you got in quote, is what you pay. We didn’t go for the cheapest company out there for moving our car, and every dollar paid was worth the professional service, great customer support, and peace of mind that our car is in good hands! I’ve transported cars in the past but never this easy and this nice. I’m not kidding either. I called once, got a great quote that was 150 less than the next lowest. The phone staff was great and even the driver was great on both ends. Straight up 5 stars. Their number is now in my address book.

No problems at all! The customer service over the phone was great. The driver who picked up the vehicle was nice and professional. He called to give us enough time to be home. He showed up on time and it was a very simple process. He delivered my car to it’s the destination in 2 DAYS!! Over 1300 miles! Very impressed. I would definitely use them again.
