At first they didn’t have the van that we requested, but then they made up for it with excellent customer service, and by giving us an upgrade! Plus — Q is the most beautiful woman in the entire rental car industry in the united states!! Thanks for making our trip so smooth 😉

Very poor service!
I arrived at the office at 16:58 and the employee said for me walk out because they needed to close the store! I rent a vehicle with them and was need to replace now I need to wait a extra day for they be able to replace their own car!
Bad experience.

I have been renting for seven years now using this particular Hertz location. My service with Yanique was horrible and embarrassing. Demanding that I show my I.D badge while traveling from another state and using my corporate discount and when I explained that my company code is the only requirement per my company and I don’t have the badge WHICH WAS LOCATED IN ANOTHER STATE, she then demanded a picture of my badge and stated out loud that I could be a former employee and accused me of even receiving my corporate code from someone else in front of the whole lobby. I did not have a picture of a badge and F.Y.I a former employee could still have an I.D badge that was never returned. I then told her that she was basically pushing me to log into secure internal information which was wrong. Yanique crossed the line and out of seven years using the same Hertz and being a gold member I was discriminated against and treated poorly by someone wearing flip flops and light blue furry socks. NEVER RECEIVED THAT SERVICE FROM HERTZ NO MATTER WHAT STATE I TRAVELED TO. ON A POSITIVE NOTE CLINT KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND THANKS FOR BEING THERE THROUGH OUT THE YEARS OF MY TRAVELS.

Thi service is horrible. Today I went to pick up a car at 17:00 as my reservation. Once i get to the office somebodyr closed the door in front of me. I desesperatly needed the car today so I took an Uber to the Fortlauderdale Int Airp Hertz office to try to pick up a car with the same reservation, but the only solution they gave me was to pay for an expensive rate.

I’ve been renting from this Hertz for a while now & I must say that Quarina is outstanding & knows how to keep their customers happy. Her customer service is A+, she knows how to make you feel welcomed. Thx you guys for welcoming me & my family with open arms to your family. #1 HERTZ
