Buying a car can be scary but buying a used car is even scarier. After my experience with Howard and Sylvie I realized the most important part is not making the right purchase but making sure you make a transaction with the right people. I went out looking to purchase a reliable & safe vehicle from honest, trustworthy folks. Howard and Sylvie exceeded my expectations. They really do treat you like family and assure you leave having had an above average experience whether you walk out with a car or not. Although my transaction was a tad bit complicated Howard and Sylvie did their best to make sure I felt comfortable and safe doing business with them. I asked all the questions, expressed all my concerns and Howard patiently answered all my questions and eased my worries. I am very thankful to have dealt with honest individuals with integrity who truly care about the reputation they’ve established for themselves and the experience they deliver to their customer. I know this review is coming in a little late- my apologies. However, I have to share our experiences with the world. At one point about 5 or 6 years ago my boyfriend and I were going thru a hard time. We needed a car desperately & being a family of 6 we couldn’t get what we needed done with one car. We had been working on our credit and everyone refused to work with us. Not Sylvie & Howard! They are all about helping families get on their feet by offering transportation at a great price. They also understand that every now and then people experience hardships. They showed us that they truly care about each and every one of their customers. We were very open & honest about everything that was going on. We felt comfortable working with them. They were actually able to us out. We were so relieved and thankful. A few pros about working with them is they are not trying to sell the highest priced car on the lot to everyone. They really listen to your wants and needs and help fit you in the perfect car. They have valuable cars at a decent price that will not break your bank. You are not there for hours while they are working on financing and paperwork, they were fast and diligent in every aspect of the process. My favorite thing about working with them is that they are two of the most down to earth people I know with such good hearts!
I went back a few years later to buy another car and they were very helpful once again. If anyone needs reliable transportation they are who you should go see! I rate them above all other dealerships out there. They are the best mom & pop one stop car shop out there! I whole heartedly support them and so should you. A great experience with an awesome company.
This was a great car shopping experience. Howard and his wife Sylvie run a very respectable 5 star business. Howard answered all my questions and gave me an excellent deal. The dealership offers excellent prices on the vehicles, so there really isn’t much need for back and forth haggling. Overall it was the best car buying experience I have had in all my 60 years.Thank you again Howard!!
