Mike and his partner did a terrific service today ,I will go to no one else again. From the beginning to the end of my service, he showed exceptional professionalism and cleaned my soiled carpet to perfection. With small children many phantom stains start to make your carpet look nasty but after he finished my carpet never looked better. He even got on his hands and knees at one point to spot check my carpet and scrub a few hardened sections. To me as a customer that speaks volumes. Thank you Hi Grade Carpet Cleaning Service for an awesome services.

Robbin and Danial were punctual and courteous when they came to clean up our rugs. I was shocked at how beautiful they turned out to be! For the price and quality of work I would highly recommend this company.

Reliable carpet cleaning company! I hired them because they had the best price in the area and were able to accommodate my schedule on a short notice. Both guys were super friendly and professional. They showed up on time and called me 25 minutes before arrival, which was pleasant. Highly recommended!

Had a dog that had messed our carpet and the urine had a strong odor. Hi Grade Carpet Cleaning Service came in and did a detailed clean up on the carpet. The carpet is super clean an there is no odor. The two gentlemen who came to do the cleaning were very professional. He gave us information on what he was precisely going to do. Very elated with the service.

Robbin was amazing. This place really cares about its customers. My carpets are spic and span..and they even went over them a second time just to do it… they were prompt and concerned from the get-go. I am so happy that I now have my carpet cleaners. Old fashioned service, reasonable pricing and not there to make a fast buck like so many are !
