Very nice safe and cheap place to live. Staff. Is nice and my street is quit sue do ee’s s a great keeping tidy, highly recommended.

Great location, lots are laid out different than most sites, but once you get used to it, it works ok. The pool is nice and I like the onsite laundry facilities, although the card needed to pay only takes cash to load up. Many snowbirds November to April, then almost empty outside of this. I don’t like security, or lack of it. They need to improve and add cameras! Overall nice place. Security and cameras would give it 5 stars

I just moved in here 2 days ago. It’s a nice park. We have even met some of our neighbors.
