Cheaper, fast service

This is a bad company to do business with it’s run very poorly except for one or two people management is horrible I know because I’m having a lawsuit with them pending and if you can find another place to do business with you better off they care about one thing and one thing on me is making money they do not care about people or their customers or anybody else

Recently I have been very unhappy with the people here . Folks answering phones like zombies and seemingly not wanting to do thier job. To bad since yhe products are good in most cases. Time to make the move to worlpac. Good bye IMC

I am disappointed with this company ever since our sales guy steve left the company a few months ago I have been greatly dis appointed, I have left messages for our new sales guy to call me and he has yet to call, every time i call to order a part or ask a question i get a different rep and some of them are un pleasant to talk to and not even in the same state or country. It very bothersome that I can’t have a sales guy who is local and assigned to my account and is willing to help with any issue, if a part does not show up i call and the next rep has no clue as to where or why and i have to be on hold for long period of time to find out my part has never left the building. So i will boycott this company for the time being
