DO NOT go to this office please don’t do that to yourself! This people do not care! So many things they failed to ask. So many things they failed to do as professionals they supposedly are. They literally made my case go from mildly complicated to almost impossible because of lack of interest and communication from their side. Almost 3 years of my life LOST to these individuals whom I trusted and was hoping would help me! I heard bad things about this office before and I completely ignored them! Please don’t make the same mistake I did! And it’s not the lawyer because truly I can’t speak for the other offices it’s the people in there. The manager who’s name is Diana Theodore if I’m not mistaken sat down with me after almost a year and a half and I was thinking I’m finally getting some kind of apology for their mistake or finally someone who knows what she is doing. But instead this lady had the audacity to give me an attitude and ask me why I had left Them a bad review because apparently it’s all she cares about. She then proceeded to send one of the employees after me to “kindly” ask me to erase the review! I guess they can’t seem to relate to the struggle we as immigrants go through I am starting all over again but this time with the right help. It makes me so sad to have lost so much time of my life 😞😞 like I said it’s not the lawyer so if u want him as a lawyer just go to any of their other offices but DONOT go to this one! U will be ignored! 👎👎👎

Terrible front desk service and very rude. I do not recommend this office at all, very unprofessional. I when there for DACA renewal and they didn’t send my application after a year. Every time I call all they told me I had to wait for them to respond, they never really check my file. After a year they realized they never send it. After they send it they did everything wrong and I got ask for all my information again since I first apply and of course they had to charge me more $$$$. When I for accepted I call them for my work permit as all the mail was going to there office. They didn’t even know I been approved yet, they told I had to wait still. After one year after my approval they call me and ask me to go pick up my work permit. Now I got renew again and of course I ain’t forgoing to that office again, so I call them for all my files and they refuse to give me any copy of them. Wasted around $2200 with them for a DACA renewal. I do not recommend this office to no one.
