I wanted my enclosed sun room divided to make better use of the space. The prompt service, professional attitude with a meticulous eye for detail, and the very reasonably priced makes this company an excellent choice for home remodeling and other major fixes. I highly recommend this company.

We have a condo in the Ft Lauderdale area that badly needed a kitchen and flooring renovation. It was a very small condo kitchen that felt very closed in with old, out dated design. We wanted a more open and functional kitchen.
We don’t live in Ft Lauderdale full time. Our residence is in Atlanta, GA, so this was going to be a long distance renovation with minimal overseeing of the project on our part.
We talked with three contractors and decided to go with Innovative Design Build. We initially talked with Brian who is over field operations. Their quote was in the middle and their ideas were more in-line with what we expected, so they got our business.
In our opinion, the permit process by the city and approval took way too long, but Innovative Design Build was always proactive with that process.
Once the renovation started, we were very pleased with the progress of the renovation. We really had to depend on Brian and his business partner Rick to keep us updated and to provide us with photos of the renovation progress. They were extremely committed to good and frequent communication, and keeping us in the loop.
We had a couple of snafus with our Condominium HOA, but once again, Brian and Rick were very patient and proactive, and kept the HOA issues to a minimum.
We probably made a total of four trips down to Ft Lauderdale to check in on the work. Some trips were just for the day and others varied from 3-5 days. There were times when Brian would make a decision due to time constraints but follow up with us as soon as he could. His decision was always acceptable to us.
Issues were minimal. And in the final, grand ‘scheme of things’ they were insignificant.
There was not one time during the three months of renovation that we had any concerns that we had not made the right decision of picking Innovative Design Build to do the work. We had no worries or stress during the entire process.
I doubt we will ever have another need for their services again, but should we, my first and only call would be to Brian, Rick, and Tiffany, at Innovative Design Build, to do the work.
The first three pictures are before reno showing a very closed in and outdated designed condo kitchen. The last two pictures are of our extremely open, large, and very functional kitchen. Not your standard condo kitchen anymore.

We have worked with Innovative Design Build on countless projects together throughout the years and have to say that their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship are second to none. Rick, Brian and Tiffany really are a dream team when it comes to creating beautiful spaces on time and compliant with budgets. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else to get the job done right!
