Words cannot expresses how happy I am with J&H services! It took me several weeks to find a dry cleaner that had good reviews with wedding gowns and preserving them. From the first time I spoke to the store owner on the phone I knew I could trust him with my wedding gown.
He was professional, personable, caring, and knowledgeable.
The day of my vow renewal it rained all day. The bottom of my dress was full of mud from the rain and the busy streets of downtown Fort Lauderdale (I had a horse and carriage…most of my pics were outside in the rain). To make matters worse I didn’t get the dress to the dry cleaners until a few weeks later so you can imagine in what condition it was in. I used J& H to dry clean and preserve my dress. Prior to putting the dress in the box they had me come in to inspect the dress to make sure it was to my liking. I am still shocked how my dress came out looking brand new. Don’t look any further, don’t take your wedding gown anywhere else. J&H can take care of all of your dry cleaning needs.

Do I have to give one star? Zero is more like it. This place tried to rip me off. I brought in shirts to be laundered and pressed. They tried to charge me $5.60 per shirt! When I realized what they were charging me I told them to cancel my order give me my shirts back. At that point they agreed to charge me a more reasonable $3.05 per shirt. Will not repeat nor would I recommend.

I needed a same day alternation done on Saturday for an event on Sunday. I was so happy I was able to get it done and done properly! The owner very humble, friendly and kind. I will absolutely be doing business with you again, I was extremely pleased and satisfied with your work and hospitality.!
