I went to this location to view a used car via Auto Nation. The car was great and the customer service was even better. I was concerned that I would be turned away because I’m younger and don’t have a lot of credit history, but boy was I wrong! Between the sales associate, the financial associate, and the lovely gentleman who helped finalize the paperwork, my experience was amazing. The financial associate tried their best to get me the best financing offer! I am very pleased with my experience here. Thanks to Edward, JP, and Scott!

Awesome. Just awesome. Best car on the planet. I have an XE R-Sport model….fast….quick…..resilient. Takes a punch. Loyal and trusted car. Great handle. In the beginning there may be a pause at the punch because of its European engineering….but once the smart car learns the habits of the driver….she performs like your very own horse. Love this car. Love the Jaguar family.

Worked with Pete as my service coordinator for my annual service.

He explained everything clearly, gave me a time estimate, and had one of his service people get me the car.

Due tocovid-19 protocols, the service person used an electronic spraying device to spray the interior of the car with a Clorox disinfecting solution. A very welcome extra step in these challenging times.

Additionally, the car had been cleaned inside and out prior to being brought out to me for the disinfecting spray process.

Peter was extremely professional and easy to work with.

There was one additional positive experience this time that I wanted to share. The car had been rear ended in a parking lot with damage to the rear bumper and one side. I worked with Crystal to get the work estimated and completed. Her staff worked with the insurance company to handle all the paperwork.

They did excellent replacement/repair work on the car and got the car into service where Pete took over to handle the annual service.

I recommend this dealership for any service or repair work.

Not to repeat myself, but…..I have had my Jags serviced at Alpine Jaguar ever since I have owned a Jaguar (since 2004). The service and overall experience has always been excellent. Diane Wiley was my service agent from my first visit and I still go to Diane today. Diane is terrific, very knowledgeable and very courteous and above all super friendly friendly making my visits a pleasure and not an ordeal!! Thank you Diane.
