I’ve given them ample opportunities to redeem themselves but this Jimmy John’s is the slowest there is. Sandwiches are decent but they are so slow..

5 stars for the food
ZERO stars for customer service.
NO COMUNICATION. We ordered online at 11:36am and after 40 minutes… no delivery. I call the store and they said they are short on drivers but our food is on the way. 20 minutes later, the food arrives. #1 customer service is communication. If the store was short on drivers they should call the customer and let them know “Dear client, it may be an hour before we can deliver unless you want to pick it up..?”” (we are literally 10 blocks away) This should have been an option because now one person had to leave on an appointment and they did not get their sandwich! Come on managers, train your staff on customer service.

Delicious and just as they advertise, freaky fast! My favorites are the tuna and porker. Staff is friendly and a nice sanitized restaurant. Get to Jimmy John’s – fast!
