Good customer service. The store was neat and clean. I went for the two pairs for one hundred deal. I found what I was looking for.

poor shoe selection for the 2 for $99 deals. And they don’t do refunds. You are better off with testing your luck at Shoe Carnival or Rack Room.

I’m a dancer with high arches, and I experience problems with plantar fasciitis from time to time. sam helped to fit me with custom insoles and compression socks today. She was warm, personable, and knowledgeable. I can tell that she sees her job as an opportunity to help people. I will return to the store for the excellent customer service!
