Had a few charred bites in both of our sandwiches, but overall decent food at a good price, plus the restaurant holds a nice vibe overall

I’m a guest at this hotel and I called to ask what kind of sandwiches they had. The guy told me on the phone we have hot and cold sandwiches but I’m not about to read all the sandwiches off from top to bottom and you tell me okay and have a nice day. I was going to order something but when you have an attitude like that and very rude with it you will not get my service. They need to replace him with someone else and get someone with good customer service skills because he just doesn’t have that! Just ridiculous!
