Absolutely worst place to buy your metal from, The only good thing about this place is that they will load you metal for you (Uncaringly I might add) they are uncommunicative so your confused from the start and then they give you attitude and don’t even help you when you ask. The staff in the warehouse are ALL rude unless you are loading up easy light material. It takes at least 1 hour to get loaded up. I’ve dealt with my fair share of sub par places but this ones gotta be one of the worst.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Loaded my material very quickly even though they had 2 other trucks they were unloading

If you’re planning to come here to get unloaded make sure you bring every dam chef out of Miami and then, maybe your wife and kids will recognize YOU when get home!!

The customer service is not good at all.. To get unloaded you need to be here with a fresh clock.. It takes a good while to get unloaded..

Excellent – we’ve been using Kloeckner for many, many years. Only go elsewhere when they don’t have what we need. Inside staff go above and beyond each and every time. The drivers are always friendly and know their stuff. The warehouse assist us in friendly, knowledgeable manner if we have to pick something. I see many more years of business ahead of us!
