Pompano Beach Florida. New condominium. The setup looks very nice, secluded just off of Atlantic Blvd. May be a little busy once totally bought out, since the builder maximized living space for the land available. Still working on the the main buildings. Nice addition to area. Pool area looks fun and unique. Being on the water is nice, but access is via a fixed bridge so boat type is limited.
