I used to love the guy that was in here. Knowledgeabele, efficient and friendly. Tonight I go in for a simple floating pool chlorinator and this new guy is helping a couple with their water sample . I’m waiting like 15 minutes with no other people in the store for a 1 item purchase…this guy cant help 1 customer with 1 purchase while the machine is Auto detecting this couple’s pool sample???

I gave up, walked out and ordered from Amazon in the Leslie’s parking lot. Geez

Awesome service! TJ helped me fix our ancient pool light. He helped us find it in this giant catalog and told us how to take it apart (since we couldn’t figure it out!) so happy to have been able to replace the halogen bulbs/ gasket and get it going again without having to replace the WHOLE light housing! Yay!

Great service. Very knowledgeable staff. Helped sort out various issues with my pool very effectively. Pool water testing right on point. They take the time to assist in person or over the phone.
