It was a smooth process working with Andrew to find a new job. He was helpful in every step of the process and was timely in communication with me. I would recommend Lloyd staffing for finding a new career!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to use Lloyd staffing to work at a job that I was blessed with during the pandemic when my job furloughed me in March 2020. From day 1 there were problems with my agent, Melissa Matos. Once I had secured the pre employment steps & started the job she did not help me one inch of the way. The farther into my employment contract with this company, the harder it was to get an answer from her. She was completely unresponsive, I CONSTANTLY had to contact her about things that she should have been contacting me about.

I was blessed enough to get a raise within the company & had a chance to switch job titles to make more of an income for myself & once again Melissa made it so difficult to get straight forward answers. She also blamed the company for “not doing things the right way” & said it was the company’s fault I wasn’t able to do certain things, when my employers stated it was my temp agencies responsibility. She only seemed to cooperate with the change almost a month into it.

The cherry on top of the almost 6 miserable months working with this company (that literally did nothing but cause me headaches & take part of my paychecks) was asking her for a break down of my paychecks (which I had not had access to since letting them direct deposit). This request was made twice since they shorted me on one of my checks without reason or response when I asked why I was shorted. So when I asked for a breakdown of 3 paychecks (1 I was asking for for the second time) Melissa gave me the response of “please download this application to review your paychecks”. FIRST TIME SHE OFFERED ME A WAY TO VIEW MY PAYCHECKS IN A 5 MONTH EMPLOYMENT SPAN & of course it’s literally the day before I will no longer need their company because by the grace of God I was offered a full time position through the company of my dreams. This was my first time with a temp agency & will be my last.

Just for more information, the only reason I even had to use Lloyd is because I knew someone at this company already but she needed me to go through a temp agency because the department had no openings other than temp at the time. This company helped me with nothing. Period.

In a time like covid, you would hope people would be nice & helpful especially when it’s their job. I lost an entire 10 year career due to covid & was fortunate enough to know someone that had a hiring position, who I did inform of my poor experience with this company & agent. Melissa was “nice” in the beginning but extremely unhelpful & at times just borderline rude & unprofessional. She was literally useless during my contract. I do not recommend this agency to anyone.

The process from start to finish was very pleasant. Michelle certainly cares about making you feel comfortable and guide you through the process.

I have had the great fortune to work with Jon Giunta for several years now, and he has always stood out in the crowded recruiter space because he sincerely cares about his talent clients. I have worked with many recruiters in my career, and while most don’t seem very invested in their talent pool, I’ve always been confident that Jon has my best interests front of mind. He is thoughtful about the connections he makes, knows how to talk to talent, understands what creative people do and what’s important to them. He is caring, responsive and professional, and it’s clear that he truly loves what he does. Jon has made a vast difference in the quality of opportunities that have become available to me in South Florida, and for that I am grateful. To have him in my corner has been of great value to me both personally and professionally.

‘Appreciated’ is how I feel with Jon as my recruiter. He has been one of the best recruiters I have known in the past 13 years. He takes the time to speak to you and listens to what you’re looking for. He keeps in touch and asks questions during the search process and once he places you, the communication doesn’t end there, he follows up with emails. If he’s in the area, he’ll stop by to say hello and see how things are going. He stays in contact with the company where you’re placed and makes sure that you’re both happy. I can honestly say that Jon cares about the people he recruits. Any person looking for a change would be lucky to have him as their recruiter.
