Luzano Apartments

Hi Future resident 🤠. I moved in a month and a half ago, the complex is overall good. I have critiques but they’re not a complaint.
1. The complex grounds is kept well groomed and clean!
2. Overall for my area, it is quiet.
3. Nile the leasing manager is GREAT, she’s upbeat and always around the complex.
4. Amenities are great and apt quality is good.
Now the critiques…👀
1. I wish the pool was heated, gets quite cold.
2. Assigned parking lot would be great and designated guest parking area.
3. Apparently…we must live amongst shady tenants, because idk what’s with the police and swat team surprise visits 😅. But thankfully none in my area of the complex.

So far so good! We moved in recently and it was such a smooth process thanks to Nile! We love our new place.

I took off a star because the wood floors get scratched super easy..

Amazing experience overall, the office staff are so welcoming, make you feel special and they’re personable, feels like family. The amentities are impeccable here, it’s a safe, and clean environment for my child, dog and myself. Luzano is close to I-95, turnpike, and moreover the beach for God’s sake, this feel like a vacation resort majority of my time living at Luzano. Thank you Luzano!

Nice, secure and very modern community.
Very private and beautiful landscape. If you compare the communities around this is the place to live

I have lived here for almost 9 months and it has been great. It’s very affordable and the management team is very supportive. When I first moved in I complained that it seemed like the previous tenant had pets that made the apartment smell and they swiftly replaced the carpets and offered a credit against my first months rent. I was pleasantly surprised at how serious they took my complaint and resolved it quickly.

The maintenance team is also very quick to take care of minor issues. I had a light replaced and a flooring tile redone. The property is also very clean with landscaping always keeping the grass and trees cut. There is always parking available as well although I wish they would start towing vehicles parked in the street overnight.

I have had some neighbors that were a little too loud on game days but the walls are pretty good at muffling noise.

If you are looking to live in the Pompano Beach area I would highly recommend giving them a look. The apartments are new, modern, affordable, and you have a great management team to take care of you. You won’t be disappointed.
