I had a great time learning and trying techniques. The instructor was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this class for everyone. I attended in CHICAGO though on Stony Island.

Only went a few times but each time had a great experience! The trainers are very helpful and motivational and the 30 minutes fly by. Hands down best workout anyone can do!

This is a fantastic place to work up a good sweat and lose some serious pounds. All the instructors are real friendly and highly motivating during the workout sessions. I purchased a 10 class Groupon in 2015, but came back and joined as a member this past summer. I’ve lost 20 pounds so far! – Alfonso S.
