The absolute worst. He is a money hungry, self serving individual. Each time I have been in his office, he bad mouths other clients to me, after making me wait for him to take these other client calls. How unprofessional! Got to wonder what he says about me.

Incompetent, but competent only for his own financial gains. BEWARE.
