Be careful. They place standing reorders for items such as Ashes without confirming it with you! If you are receiving goods and aren’t sure who is placing the order, check them out. Their defense is that they shipped it last year and nobody complained so it goes on standing reorder and sent to you automatically without your approval. Interesting way to maintain cash flow no? This is a very bad business practice!

The staff is knowledgeable and wish to help. Their care and concern is genuine. They have been known to help churches that have needs but do not have much money. If they do not have something in stock they will search for it and order it. They try to find you what you need. Staff will make site visits to help plan renovations, etc.

There is a sense of spiritually among them. Bob is the site manager and truely is a man of prayer.
