They refused to help me get my refund back on a canceled cruise. I talked to 10 people. They are stealing $454.10 from me and refused to help. Do not book a cruise with this line. They need to leave America and go back to Europe.

Best Cruise line , Beautiful Ships and the most safe cruise line to sail during covid 19 break-out . that only cruise line & 1st CDC approved to sail back in sep 2020.

On 08/20/2020 I made the purchase of a week on the cruise ship Meraviglia of the MSC company to vacation with my family for my birthday, in the week of December 5-12, 2020, for an amount of $ 1603.00, with a credit card credit. On 05/11/2020 I received an email where they canceled me from the shipping company that week, (just a month before setting sail) and they offered me a voucher worth $ 1562.00 to use in the next 18 months on one of their cruises , who have no idea when they will start to set sail due to the covid-19 epidemiological situation, my vacations were planned for a long time, just like two families and friends who decided to travel together and who are also today in the same situation as When I contact the cruise company, they say they will not refund my money and they will not attend to my complaint and they simply hang up on my call, the sales agent who attended me is called Mariana, she can do nothing about it, He puts himself in my situation and understands that I am absolutely right but he cannot help me to get my money back. Still waiting on that refund day 71 now. Canceled way before everything started to blow up. Called MSC spoke with 3 different people and guess what they don’t even know where the refund is either. I’ve been polite about the whole situation and have been very calm, but come on that has gotten out of hand now. I know people that have canceled their cruises by different cruise lines and they got their refunds in less than 2 weeks. They canceled about month ago. I canceled the beginning of February.

Second time on this ship. Food was fantastic, Shows were great and we had a great time. There were a couple small issues with getting off the ship at a port. Need better control over people. Price was a great value for what you get. I recommend MSC and would cruise with them again.
