WOW! Let me repeat WOW!!!! Fast and amazing service. Very attentive staff especially Maria the manager and Zack the owner. Both treated me like family even though they just met me! Optician was super friendly and took the time to explain every step of the way. I will shout it through the roof top again and again “THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, YOU’VE GAINED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!”

I am NOW a former America’s Best customer. The eye exam was good, remotely by the doctor. The owner/manager is hands on and treated us like family and Maria went over and above to help us find the perfect glasses. Watch out America’s Best you are going to lose customers.

I use to go to America’s best, but it’s 20 min drive from my house. Thought this would be more convenient. I was the only one in the store so I got a walk in appointment.

Everything seemed off about the visit. But they seemed like a new store so whatever. The exam is done by a doctor over a webcam which seems strange.

The real issue I have with them is they charged me $80 for a contact exam that is covered by insurance. I paid for the extra exam and called my insurance. They called the store and explained it was covered. Store said they would refund. Cool. Waited 3 weeks. no refund. Called insurance again. Store said they would refund. No refund. Ended up having to charge back on my credit card.

The staff was extremely friendly and caring. They worked very hard to help us find the perfect set of glasses. They were more concerned about us being happy then selling us glasses. After we found the perfect fit, they took their time with the eye exam. When it was time to purchase the glasses they made sure we received everything we needed and worked with us on ensuring our budget was satisfied without skimping on the quality of our purchase. Née to the neighborhood …, welcome my eye lab!!! We are your family forever. I highly recommend my eye lab for all your vision needs. They are AMAZING!!!

Visit to Eyelab was phenomenal. I brought in my own pair of Rx sunglasses not purchased there and quickly helped me out. Zack and the optometrist was extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely return to them again.
