This private and personal optometry practice and optical store has very personalized service and dedicated, caring, professionals. Dr. Herkovich is very thorough in his exam and I appreciated learning about Dry Eye and how to treat it. I was fitted for my glasses once I had my prescription and loved the selection. I would highly recommend this eye doctor and staff and I’ll be back for more great eyeglasses.

Dr. Herskovich (Dr. H) knowledge and professionalism is off the charts. His staff is courteous and very helpful. Dr. H explained everything I needed to know in a comprehensive and professional manner. At my age it is my first set of prescription eyeglasses. Dr H is on top of technology in his field. His preventative suggestions can very well save your vision. Very happy with Dr. H and you will be also.

Dr. Norman Herskovich and his assistant Tammy are tremendously awesome. My mother has been fighting with her eyes for 2 & 1/2 years. We’ve been doing our own research on possible solutions to the problems she was having. We went to quite a few Optometrists, spent outrageous amounts of money, and were told that she is imagining things, she’s hallucinating, and so on. She was even given different products to use and nothing resolved the issue. Depression came in full effect. Our hope was almost gone, until one day I came across a video of an CBS anchorman and Dr. Herskovich. We called, set the appointment, and drove 10hrs for help. We arrived early and unexpected, but a wonderful and most friendliest receptionist greated us with a beautiful smile. Dr. Herskovich & Tammy were very knowledgeable, empathetic, professional. I can seriously go on for days. The equipment in the office is STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY!!!! I was definitely AMAZED. Dr. Herskovich got to the very root of the problem and did beyond excellent providing detail information and need to know facts. Dr. Herskovich gave my mom a wonderful gift by relieving the pain she has been experiencing all of this time. Words could never express our gratitude towards Dr. Herskovich & Tammy. When the visit was over we drove 10hrs back home, without saying farewell to Dr. Herskovich. 9:33pm we receive a call from him and he wanted to check on my mom’s eyes and wishing us safe travels back to SC. The acts of kindness and the miracle he performed on my mom brought tears to our eyes. A simple “Thank You” is just not enough to express the emotions we have experienced some his heart warmth office. Dr. Herskovich & Tammy, you both deserve rewards for what you do and how you treated us today. No one and I mean no one has given us such an amazing and memorable impression and experience that you two given us today. You all deserve more than 5 stars because you all exceeded above and beyond our expectations and healed my mom. Thank you so much for helping my mom.

I went to see Dr. Herskovich for a routine eye exam and I ended up paying an arm and leg. His office is set up so that you are subjected to unnecessary testing that and him and his assistant trying to force you to do tests for some type of vitamin deficiency that an optometrist has no business doing just so he can sell some procedure that you don’t need. I felt so uncomfortable after being told to see a video of him doing a procedure to some news anchor and all i needed for a pair of glasses and contact exam. He gave me a pair of contact without doing an eye exam and I was charge a large sum of money and never got a prescription of the contact. The whole experience was just uncomfortable and never went back. I would not recommend him to anyone that I know. But hey, if you decide to go, just know that your insurance does not cover any of his service and take a lot of money to see him.
