The manager of this place is the rudest person I have ever met, her name “Darlin”. I do not recommend this place she is very rude and hangs up the phone to customers.

I have felt for years I been overcharged by getting car insurance online or over the phone. I came into Novus Insurance yesterday to start my process with Barbera and completed it today. Not only did she save me $money$ but she was super nice and helpful, everyone in the office was!! If you are looking to save money and get treated right I HIGHLY recommend you look no further and just go in!! It’s worth it!!
