Terrible dealership where words just “disappear” in thin air. AVOID! Not serious about the business.

Drove up from Miami to buy a 2020 – 275 Sailfish from Jaime Brandon. Made an offer which was verbally negotiated and accepted the next day. Jaime sent me the contract which I immediately signed and provided my credit card details to give them a deposit as they requested.

My family and I were excited about our new boat purchase and ready to enjoy it. It’s was a perfect fit for our family’s needs.

Jaime began to ignore and avoid my calls right after I sent in the signed contract and deposit. I tried him several times that day and then next morning trying to make plans for final payment and delivery.

Next day, mid afternoon Jaime calls me back and says the boat is “no longer available” as they must have got a better offer that afternoon and decided to throw mine away!

This was after they chased me, sent me the contract, accepted my offer and got my credit card details to collect my deposit. I guess a few $$$ more makes their commitments/obligations go away.

I have all the communications and documents to prove this terrible experience if anyone is interested.

As a member of the Boat/Yacht sales community I can say that this type of behavior hurts our industry and is unacceptable.

I was very impressed by one of your employees by the name of Juan Salazar. He impressed me with his knowledge of the business. He is very smart and polite. Your very lucky to have him. Be back soon. He deserves a raise. Thank you.
