Office To Go

If you are a professional not related to fixing your computer and you think that something is wrong in your PC, please don’t make a mistake. Don’t go to Office2 go.
Based on my experience, that is what could happen to you: They are going to reassure you about a possible virus but in a second, they are going to tell you that your hard drive is corrupted and you also will need a new external drive. You are going to leave the PC there. For one week nobody is going to call you asking for anything. Somehow impatient your are going to call them asking for your PC and they are going to tell you that just at 3 PM you can pick your computer up because they are busy outside. You are going to drive all the hard way to Pompano Beach and they will want to charge you almost 400 dollars and the work is not yet done. If you get upset, then they are going to call the owner, that never is going to give you his name or his phone number but is going to agree about not adding the external drive to the invoice. He promises you to send somebody to your house to finally end the job. You leave there the external drive that they wanted to sell you and you pay in advance $ 180 for the “great job” they did with your equipment. The day after the owner is going to call you and tell you he is not going to send anybody to your home because you were upset with them. You still not have computer to work with and you have to find somebody else to fix it.
Summary: One week waiting, $180 less in your pocket and your computer is not working.
Believe me, they are other companies but Office2 Go. Save your coronaries from this experience.
