We recently purchased a used boat from them. What a horrible experience! They told me the boat had no mechanical issues. They also told me they would fix a few items. After 10 visits to my boat, they have yet to finish all of the items. As for the mechanical, I am about to be $25k of engine work into a boat that they told me ran perfectly with no issues. Even more upsetting, the mechanic that came out told us that the dealership knew of all of the issues before selling the boat to me and he was surprised they didn’t fix them. This company clearly doesn’t value a good customer experience. I would highly recommend using any of the many other dealer options in the area.

So far this is the worst service ever received from this Marina. Be careful with them and the Miami office. They will be very good till you complete the sale then no response or follow up for servicing the boat while still under warranty.
